Where are your pieces made and materials sourced from?

We work with natural stones sourced around the world. Most of our marble stones are handpicked from Europe and are widely considered superior because of their purity, durability and saturation of colour. We work with some of the finest stone artisans in Asia with decades of experience working on furniture for Luxury European and American brands. We regularly visit our manufacturing workshops to support skilled craftsmanship and ensure the quality and values are aligned.

Do you have a showroom where I can view your range?

We have a showroom in South Yarra, Melbourne. We are offering in-store and virtual viewings. Please book a viewing through Gallery Visit. We look forward to meeting you!

Do you offer Trade Accounts?

Do you custom-make furniture?

Yes, we specialise in bespoke stonework and offer complete customisation to our products. You can book a bespoke consultation or send us your enquiry via email

Is your furniture suitable for commercial use?

Most of our items are suitable for commercial use and state accordingly.

Shipping questions

How much is the shipping cost and what service does it include?

Lead time 10-14 weeks

Although we cannot guarantee lead time, we do see 90% of our orders delivered within this time frame.

You may be aware that the present Global Shipping Crisis is causing problems in the supply chains of many businesses. Due to this, delivery dates for orders are becoming more unpredictable.

Unfortunately, there are some situations that are beyond our control, but rest assured that we are closely coordinated with and keep an eye on shipments with our esteemed network of suppliers in order to speed up the delivery to our customers.

Do you offer deliveries into regional Australia?

To ensure a high standard of customer experience, we currently only deliver to Sydney and Melbourne Metro metropolitan regions.

Can you guarantee the lead time?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. Unexpected delays in shipping are common and sadly occur from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, especially with covid and other major shipping issues. We appreciate your understanding that these events could happen despite all precautions companies such as ours take.

Returns questions

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All our products are made to order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges and suggest you make 100% sure before making your purchase. Once goods are unwrapped/unpacked, we cannot return items to our warehouse.

How long is your warranty?

We offer a 2-year warranty that doesn't cover natural wear and tear, neglect or the use of any chemicals/abrasives on our products. Staining is not covered in this policy either.

How long do I have to report a defect/damage after delivery?

Please check your items upon arrival and let us know if you're not satisfied. We can't take responsibility for damage after that.
