Chair Trial Terms & Conditions
To proceed with your trial, please review the following:

A $500 refundable deposit is required.

The trial is FREE if you place an order. Otherwise, a $100 service fee will be deducted from your deposit.

The trial period is 3 business days from the date of delivery.

The chair must be returned in its original condition. Any damages may result in additional charges.

If you proceed with a purchase, your full deposit will be applied to the order. Otherwise, $400 will be refunded after return and inspection.

Lead Time
The lead time is 8-14 weeks. Although we cannot guarantee lead time, we do see 90% of our orders delivered within this time frame.

We use Premium White Glove Delivery Services to deliver our chairs to your location. The delivery cost per purchase is as follows:

Do you have a showroom?
We have a showroom in South Yarra, Melbourne. We are offering in-store and virtual viewings. Please book a viewing through Gallery Visit. We look forward to meeting you!
How long is your warranty?
We offer a 1 year warranty that doesn't cover natural wear and tear, neglect or the use of any chemicals/abrasives on our products. Staining is not covered in this policy either.
How are the chair packaged?
Each chair is carefully packed within a sturdy wooden box. Minimum order quantity: two chairs.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Lead Time
